Job summary

eMinds is seeking a Sr. Manager - Pricing to lead pricing strategy across UAE mobile, fixed, and converged products. You will own profitability, develop commercial strategies, and drive pricing innovation to stay ahead of market shifts.

You will build revenue/cost models, conduct deep data analysis, and lead negotiations with key customers, balancing market competitiveness with margin health. 5+ years in pricing roles are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pricing, revenue management, or commercial strategy — telecom or tech preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue and profitability targets.
• Strong command of pricing analytics, financial modeling, and data interpretation.
• Experience navigating regulatory and policy-level pricing discussions.
• Skilled in leading cross-functional negotiations and influencing without authority.
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution level.
• Strong people leadership — experience managing and developing direct reports.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience with telecom converged product pricing (fixed + mobile bundles).
• Exposure to regulatory bodies (TRA, TDRA).

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing across mobile, fixed, and converged products to drive profitability.
• Own delivery of profitability targets for UAE business segments.
• Develop and drive commercial strategy to optimize pricing across Enterprise and SMB segments.
• Lead pricing innovation — introduce new pricing frameworks and adapt to market shifts.
• Build, manage revenue and costing models for key UAE customers.
• Drive data analysis and commercial negotiations for propositions across products.
• Oversee a segmented pricing approach leveraging customer insights.
• Ensure pricing excellence is embedded in go-to-market products and propositions.
• Govern and manage pricing matrices for fixed and mobile products.
