Job summary

Mastercard in Dubai is seeking a VP, Product Management - Corporate Solutions, EEMEA to lead the regional product management team and turn global strategy into regional priorities that drive revenue and growth.

The role combines product strategy, P&L ownership, customer engagement and people leadership; portfolio includes Travel & Entertainment, Corporate and Purchasing Cards, Virtual Cards, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and B2B acceptance.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in commercial payments and related fields.
• Experience leading a regional or multi-market product portfolio.
• Strong understanding of B2B payments, issuing, acquiring, and corporate payment processes.
• Experience across Travel, Procurement, Accounts Payable/Receivable or related areas preferred.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and strong commercial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Own the EEMEA Corporate Solutions Product strategy across markets and payment flows.
• Deliver regional revenue, volume, profitability and market share objectives.
• Translate global strategy into regional and country execution plans.
• Lead regional commercialization of global products and capabilities.
• Build collaboration across product, sales, acceptance, partnerships and market teams.
• Manage product, operational, regulatory and commercial risks.
• Provide clear performance reporting to leadership.
