Visa seeks a senior leader to drive Commercial & Money Movement Solutions (CMS) initiatives in the CEMEA region from Dubai. You will guide end-to-end product launches, complex banking integrations, and cross‑functional project delivery with senior stakeholders.

The role requires deep consulting experience, strong PM and financial modelling skills, and the ability to develop plans with Country Managers to accelerate product usage and sales. Extensive travel within CEMEA is expected.

Formación

• 10+ years of work experience including solid consulting experience.
• Track record of successful product launches in complex regulated environments.
• Experience in running banking implementation focused initiatives.
• Commercial corporate banking payments experience is a plus.
• Consulting experience gained within a strategy house.
• MBA or Post Graduate studies is a plus.
• A recognized undergraduate degree qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CMS implementation work across CEMEA including platform development, client management, business development and project delivery.
• Lead product launches from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives and overseeing technical integrations with banking systems.
• Develop platform KPIs and track implementation against defined KPIs (product launches, product sales, usage acceleration).
• Develop plans for consulting activity and GTM plans in CMS space with Country Managers and Account Executives.
• Create detailed project plans timelines and risk mitigation strategies for CMS launches and sales acceleration programs.
• Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders during implementation phases.
• Monitor post-launch performance and drive continuous improvements.
• Lead client workshops and discussions on implementation readiness and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with Visa Sales, Product and Marketing for delivery and measurable impact.
• Develop pitches/proposals and secure new consulting assignments and re-engagement opportunities via consultative sales.
• Evolve the offering based on client objectives, challenges, and support needs across CEMEA.
• Occasionally work on client sites to design and manage consulting recommendations and campaigns.
