Job summary

J.P. Morgan in Dubai is seeking a Product Lead - Vice President to drive payments product strategy for the UAE and broader CEEMEA region. You will collaborate with regulators, cross-functional teams, Sales Operations, Technology, Risk and Legal to rollout payment services and expand country capabilities.

The role emphasizes end-to-end deployment, strategic planning, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to deliver differentiated payment solutions in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Experience building payment or growth strategy for a financial institution in conjunction with regulatory bodies.
• Experience building and implementing Treasury services/Corporate banking products (Payables & Receivables Liquidity) through large country projects.
• Attention to detail with guidance on building current account capabilities and payment systems.
• Ability to influence technology partners and senior management across functions.

Responsibilities

• Implement Payments product strategy through end-to-end understanding of how UAE market works and how payment products can be deployed for J.P. Morgan's clients.
• Drive country expansion by owning requirements and leading build of TS/Corporate banking products with regulators and internal teams.
• Anticipate internal and external factors affecting country build and mitigate risks.
• Define medium and long-term strategy aligned with functional product managers (Core cash, Liquidity, FX).
• Manage and coach Product Manager associates.
• Develop commercialization and communication plans for new solutions.
• Represent J.P. Morgan at local industry meetings and forums.
• Maintain strong financial planning and develop a detailed revenue plan while driving cost efficiency.
