Job summary

Citi is seeking an experienced Pricing & Billing Product Manager for the MEA region, based in Dubai. You will own end-to-end pricing strategy and manage the Global Billing System across multiple markets, collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Technology to deliver value and a consistent billing experience.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision making, with exposure to senior leadership across 50+ countries in the MEA region.

Qualifications

• Pricing/product management experience in transaction banking.
• Advanced Excel skills including financial modelling and P&L analysis.
• Ability to lead pricing discussions and negotiations with senior stakeholders across markets.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Sales, Implementations, Billing, Operations).
• Proven client-facing presentation skills and executive material creation.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of additional transactional banking products (Receivables, Liquidity, Channels, Trade).
• Proficiency in another language in addition to English.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive pricing strategies for cash management and commercial card deals, RFPs, rebids, and client pricing queries across MEA markets.
• Analyse portfolio pricing trends to refine regional strategies and maximize wallet penetration.
• Design and execute client repricing programmes from strategy to communication and implementation.
• Partner with Sales, Sector Heads, and senior management to develop and present client value propositions for pricing approvals.
• Roll out the Global Billing System across non-GBS countries with cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage billing improvement projects to standardize pricing access across the MEA network.
• Drive pricing-to-billing process simplification with Billing ops to reduce leakage and improve efficiency.
• Conduct portfolio analyses to identify underutilization and growth opportunities for senior management.
• Maintain pricing models and databases with Product and Sales for accuracy and relevance.
• Produce reports, P&L analyses, and executive presentations on pricing performance.
