Aldar Academies in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior leader to own the digital workspace strategy and end‑user experience, overseeing the service desk, devices, software, and workplace technology across the Group.

You will drive standardized workspace estate, manage outsourced delivery partners, and develop SLA/experience metrics while advancing Emiratization goals and leadership of the Digital Workspace team.

Competenze

• 10+ years in end-user services or IT service management leadership within large organisations.
• 2+ years of managerial experience in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Master's degree is preferable.

Mansioni

• Define and evolve the digital workspace strategy across devices, software, and collaboration tools.
• Own the Group service desk and end-user support delivered through outsourced services.
• Lead workplace technology and events, ensuring reliable collaboration experiences.
• Manage end-user software and device lifecycle, including provisioning and retirement.
• Track service performance with SLAs and experience metrics; drive improvements.
• Lead the Digital Workspace team and support Emiratization objectives.
