Job summary

You will guide executive change programs, deploy analytics, and embed automation across OD processes to improve organizational outcomes.

The role focuses on strategic workforce planning, position management, and leveraging AI tools to enhance decision making, with significant collaboration across senior leadership and HR functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field; MBA or CIPD preferred.
• Proven expertise in organization design and HR practices.
• Experience with AI in business processes and org design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to identify OD priorities and design solutions.
• Lead organization-wide development programs, including M&A/workplace integration.
• Develop and execute OD AI roadmap; leverage LLMs and automation across processes.
• Build and scale AI agents, platforms, and analytics for workforce planning.
• Conduct advanced analytics to identify improvement opportunities for exec decisions.
• Facilitate strategic change discussions and align priorities with leadership.
