Job summary

Aldar Properties is seeking a senior leader to own and evolve the digital workspace and end-user services across the UAE. You will oversee a Group service desk, workplace technology, and events support, driving a superior employee experience and managing outsourced partners.

The role requires a decade of relevant leadership in digital workplace or IT service management, plus proven managerial experience. Strong vendor management and a focus on Emiratization are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Master's degree is preferable.
• Minimum of 10+ years in end-user services, digital workplace or IT service management leadership within large organizations.
• Minimum of 2+ years of managerial experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the Group service desk and end-user support services, delivered through outsourced IT Managed Services.
• Define and evolve the digital workspace strategy: devices, end-user software, collaboration tools and workplace technology.
• Own audio-visual and meeting room technology across the Group's offices, ensuring reliable collaboration experiences.
• Plan workplace technology for new offices and refurbishments with Corporate Services.
• Manage service levels and experience-based agreements, driving improvements based on usage data.
• Build and lead the Digital Workspace team and direct outsourced delivery partners.

Education
