Job summary

Confidential, a UAE-based financial services institution, is building a digital-first, AI-enabled workplace from day one. You will shape strategy, automate identity lifecycles, and deploy AI-powered employee support to create a seamless onboarding and workday experience.

You will oversee device management, SaaS apps, and analytics to drive productivity and security, requiring 8+ years in Digital Workplace or related fields and familiarity with Microsoft Entra, Intune, Autopilot, and M365.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Digital Workplace or related fields with leadership responsibility.
• Experience with identity lifecycle automation, RBAC, and governance using modern identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra.
• Experience deploying AI within workplace services, employee support, or service desk environments.
• Strong knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft 365, SaaS administration, and modern device management.
• Experience improving digital employee experience through automation, self-service, and workplace analytics.
• Banking or regulated environment experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital workplace experience from onboarding through automated provisioning and access management.
• Build and operate an AI-powered service desk with emphasis on automation and self-service.
• Manage identity lifecycle automation, RBAC, entitlement governance, and joiner-mover-leaver processes.
• Oversee zero-touch device management, workplace applications, and SaaS platforms.
• Drive adoption of AI productivity tools and digital workplace technologies.
• Lead experience improvement initiatives using analytics and employee feedback.

As Digital Workplace Lead, you will be responsible for creating a seamless, AI-enabled employee experience from day one. You'll lead digital workplace strategy, identity lifecycle automation, AI-powered employee support, zero-touch device management, and workforce productivity initiatives, helping establish one of the region's most advanced digital workplaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end digital workplace experience, ensuring employees are productive from day one through automated provisioning and access management.
• Build and operate an AI-powered service desk with a strong focus on automation, self-service, and employee experience.
• Manage identity lifecycle automation, role-based access, entitlement governance, and joiner-mover-leaver processes.

• Drive adoption and enablement of AI productivity tools and digital workplace technologies.
• Lead workplace experience improvement initiatives using analytics, telemetry, and employee feedback.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience across Digital Workplace, End User Computing, Corporate IT, or Workplace Technology, including leadership responsibility.
• Experience with identity lifecycle automation, role-based access management, and governance using modern identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra.
• Experience deploying AI within workplace services, employee support, or service desk environments.
• Strong knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft 365, SaaS administration, and modern device management.
• Experience improving digital employee experience through automation, self-service, and workplace analytics.
• Experience working within banking, financial services, or another regulated environment is preferred.
