Royal M Hotel & Resort By Gewan Al Aqah Beach in Fujairah seeks a Guest Relations Officer who speaks Russian to provide personalised assistance to guests, with a special focus on Russian-speaking guests, manage VIP arrivals, anticipate preferences, and coordinate special requests.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa and other departments, maintain guest confidentiality, and record feedback in Opera PMS while delivering professional service throughout the stay.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guest Relations or Front Office in a four- or five-star hotel or resort.
• Fluency in Russian and English both spoken and written.
• Experience using Opera PMS preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and service-recovery skills.
• Professional appearance with guest-focused attitude.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests, especially Russian-speaking guests, with warm, personalised service.
• Assist with VIP arrivals, departures, room orientations and special arrangements.

• Review daily arrival lists, coordinate amenities, celebrations and guest preferences.

• Provide accurate information about resort facilities, dining venues, activities and services.
• Record guest preferences and feedback in Opera PMS.

Role Overview

As a Guest Relations Officer Russian Speaker you will provide personalised assistance to guests throughout their stay with particular focus on Russian-speaking guests. You will manage VIP arrivals anticipate guest preferences coordinate special requests and ensure concerns are resolved promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests particularly Russian-speaking guests with warm and personalised service
• Assist with VIP arrivals departures room orientations and special arrangements
• Communicate confidently in Russian and English when handling enquiries requests and feedback
• Review daily arrival lists and coordinate amenities celebrations and guest preferences
• Maintain a visible and professional presence in the lobby and other guest areas
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and follow through until satisfactory closure
• Coordinate with Front Office Housekeeping F amp B Spa Recreation Engineering and other departments to fulfil guest requests
• Provide accurate information about the resort s facilities dining venues activities and services
• Record guest preferences feedback and follow-up actions accurately in Opera PMS
• Maintain guest confidentiality and comply with hotel service grooming safety and data-privacy standards

Requirements

• 1 2 years experience in Guest Relations or Front Office within a four- or five-star hotel or resort
• Fluency in Russian and English both spoken and written is mandatory
• Experience using Opera PMS is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal communication and service-recovery skills
• Professional appearance with a confident engaging and guest-focused personality
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments
• Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused during busy periods
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts weekends and public holidays
