Accor in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Relations Agent for Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island to deliver exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out. You will be the primary contact for guests, ensuring comfort, resolving issues, and offering personalized service in line with the hotel’s high standards.

Requirements include at least 2 years in a customer-facing role, fluent in Russian and English, strong communication, and proficiency with hotel software and MS Office.
