RTC-1 Employment Services seeks a Guest Relations Officer for a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai. This full‑time role focuses on delivering personalized guest experiences, welcoming VIPs, and coordinating with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping and F&B to ensure seamless stays.

The ideal candidate speaks Russian, Mandarin, or Arabic with strong English, has luxury hospitality experience, and excels in problem solving and service recovery.

Qualifications

• Age 36 or younger; overseas applicants welcome.
• Experience in Guest Relations, Guest Services, or Front Office in luxury hotels preferred.
• Fluency in Russian, Mandarin Chinese, or Arabic is highly preferred with strong English.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS systems such as Opera is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, memorable guest experiences by welcoming VIPs and recognizing guest preferences.
• Manage guest requests, complaints, and service recovery with prompt resolutions.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and F&B to ensure seamless guest journeys.
• Engage with guests to promote hotel facilities and drive guest loyalty.

Job Description

• Deliver personalized, memorable guest experiences by welcoming VIPs, recognizing guest preferences, and ensuring exceptional hospitality throughout their stay.
• Manage guest requests, special arrangements, complaints, and service recovery professionally, ensuring prompt resolutions and consistently high satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to facilitate seamless guest journeys, special occasions, and personalized services.
• Actively engage with guests, anticipate their needs, promote hotel facilities and experiences, and contribute to positive guest reviews and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Open to 36 years old or below, overseas applicants are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Guest Services, or Front Office within a 4-star or 5-star hotel, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Fluency in Russian, Mandarin Chinese, or Arabic is highly preferred, with good English communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, professional presentation, and the confidence to engage with international and VIP guests.
• Strong complaint-handling, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities; familiarity with hotel PMS systems such as Opera is advantageous.
