VIP Premium F&B Events Manager

Job summary

Coca-Cola Arena is seeking a freelancer to lead premium F&B operations across VIP suites and premium hospitality areas in Dubai. You will manage end-to-end event planning, staffing, menu setup and live service, ensuring high standards and strong commercial performance.

You will work with culinary, ICT, Procurement, and Finance teams, maintaining strict food safety, cost control, and client satisfaction metrics. Fluent English required; UAE experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• HACCP Level 3 or equivalent PIC certification preferred.
• English fluency; Arabic a plus; previously in UAE a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end planning and delivery of premium F&B operations.
• Deliver revenue targets and manage labor costs and inventory.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with culinary, ICT, Procurement, HSE, and Finance teams.
• Prepare post-event reports on sales, staffing and feedback.
