Job summary

UHRS in Dubai is seeking an experienced F&B professional for a 4-month contract to deliver high-quality service at events and site meetings. You will oversee banqueting and catering operations while ensuring guest satisfaction, hygiene, and product knowledge.

Coordination of event requirements and proactive guest engagement are key. Accommodation and transport are provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage Operations, preferably within restaurants, bars, banqueting, or similar-sized establishments.
• Experience in banqueting / MICE / event F&B operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality F&B service and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Supervise food and beverage preparation and service delivery during events.
