Job summary

Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai is seeking an experienced Premium F&B Operations Lead to manage daily planning and delivery across premium hospitality areas, ensuring revenue targets and guest service standards are met.

You will lead supervisors and service teams, coordinate with culinary, ICT, procurement and finance, oversee POS/QR systems, manage budgets, and deliver post-event reports. UAE experience and English fluency required; Arabic a plus. This freelance role requires your own visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• HACCP Level 3 or PIC certification preferred.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol certification if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily planning and delivery of premium F&B operations across hospitality areas.
• Deliver revenue and cost targets for premium F&B operations.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and strong commercial performance.
• Oversee F&B services across private suites, Live Lounge, The Deck, Premier Clubs, and other premium zones.
• Coordinate with culinary, sports hospitality, ICT, Ops, Procurement, and Finance teams.
• Ensure events meet service standards and client requirements.
• Prepare post-event reports covering sales, staffing, guest feedback, and operational challenges.
