The Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee hard and soft FM services, manage maintenance and asset records, and drive energy efficiency. You will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget while ensuring safety standards are met.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of UAE experience in facilities management, with a degree in Engineering or related field, and fluency in English.

Qualificações

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical with full knowledge of HSE, Facilities Management (MEP, Civil and Soft Services).

Responsabilidades

• Maintaining the Coca-Cola Arena and its facilities ensuring high-performance venue operations.
• Overseeing hard and soft FM services, preventive maintenance, and asset management.
• Managing facility projects from conception to completion within budget and schedule.
• Monitoring energy usage and applying efficiency strategies such as HVAC optimization.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers, evaluating contracts and vendor performance.
• Ensuring safety compliance, budget forecasting, and staying updated with industry trends.
