Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in guest relations or a similar role in a luxury hotel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluent English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in hotel systems and Microsoft Office.
Well presented, confident, and highly service driven.

Responsibilities

As a Host, you will manage the guest experience from arrival through departure, building relationships and tailoring each stay to individual preferences.
You will coordinate all guest requests, from reservations and in-room services to personalized experiences such as unpacking, itinerary planning, and special occasions.
Attention to detail is critical, focusing on anticipating needs and creating meaningful, unexpected moments that elevate the stay.
You will work closely with all departments to ensure flawless execution of guest services with clear communication.
A key part of the role is being present and engaged, interacting with guests daily to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
