Qualifications

• Proficiency in Opera PMS.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Welcome arriving and departing guests in a warm and caring manner.
• Register guests and assign rooms upon arrival.
• Verify guest payment methods and follow credit-checking procedures.
• Handle cashier transactions and currency exchange according to procedures.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure accurate guest information and requests.
• Allocate rooms based on guest preferences and requests.
• Record guest preferences in systems and communicate to relevant departments.
• Deliver brand promise through personalized service and attention to details.
• Maintain effective communication channels between guests and departments.
• Log guest issues and escalate to management when needed.
