Job summary

The ideal candidate has a hospitality background, 1+ year in luxury concierge, strong English and Opera PMS proficiency, and deep knowledge of local attractions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in luxury hotel concierge roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS and English language.
• Knowledge of local attractions and flexible work hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level concierge service and create memorable guest experiences.
• Coordinate arrivals/departures and arrange transportation (airport transfers, limousines, car rentals).
• Greet VIP guests and deliver personalized attention.
• Knowledge of local attractions and make tailored recommendations.
• Log guest feedback and preferences in systems (ALICE, etc.) and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Support cross-selling of outlets and services to maximize revenue.
