Job summary

One&Only One Za’abeel, part of the Kerzner International family, is seeking a Lobby Host in Dubai. The role centres on greeting guests, guiding arrivals and departures, and delivering the One Welcome experience with warm, attentive service.

You will work closely with Front Office and Guest Services to anticipate needs, provide thoughtful recommendations, and uphold exceptional standards across all guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and oral.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in guest relations or a similar role in a luxury hotel.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Front Office and Guest Services to ensure seamless arrivals and departures.
• Greet and welcome guests warmly with a sincere smile.
• Escort guests to lobby, outlets, or other areas and provide room orientation per Forbes and LQA standards.
• Offer guests the One Welcome experience, including refreshments while they wait in the lobby.
• Assist guests with luggage handling, car parking, and transportation arrangements as needed.
• Proactively support guests throughout their stay by anticipating requests.
