Qualifications

• Previous experience of 1-2 years in a Luxury Hotel environment as a VIP Waitress is a plus.
• Professional, Insta-Worthy Appearance, always adhering to FIVE’s Grooming Standards.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Welcoming energy and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to guest service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to engage guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet VIP guests on arrival and ensure a Five-styled welcome.
• Take, deliver, and customize Food and Beverage orders with dietary considerations.
• Upsell bespoke services, concepts, and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain guest history records and ensure top-tier hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with F&B teams to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
