Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of luxury hotel experience as a waiter/waitress.
• Professional appearance adhering to grooming standards.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Energetic and welcoming demeanor, delivering sensational guest experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests, team members and stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to upsell bespoke services.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm Five-styled welcome.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately while considering dietary needs.
• Present menus and make informed recommendations based on guest preferences and ingredient availability.
• Upsell bespoke services, premium concepts, and promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to prepare, set up and maintain dining destinations.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards and assist in events or banquets as required.
