• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
• Welcomes and bids farewell to guests warmly and courteously.

Responsibilities

• You take ownership and deliver with precision, focusing on quality output.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with a calm, courteous manner.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, and other departments to ensure a seamless Five-styled service.
• Report daily activities and assist in guest arrival and departure experiences.
