Job summary

FIVE Hotels and Resorts is seeking a guest-focused team member for a frontline hospitality role in Dubai. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver a premium dining experience across luxury settings.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a luxury hotel as a waiter/waitress, with excellent English, a polished appearance, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset. Weekend flexibility and impeccable care for guests are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of luxury hotel waitstaff experience is preferred.
• Professional appearance in line with FIVE grooming standards.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Customer-focused with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver Food & Beverage orders accurately and efficiently, considering dietary requirements.
• Present menus and make knowledgeable recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards and ensure cleanliness of dining areas.
• Upsell bespoke services, lavish concepts, and exclusive promotions to enhance guest experiences.
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and contribute to a five-star guest journey.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to maximise guest satisfaction and smooth service.
