Job summary

Atlantis The Palm in Dubai seeks a polished VIP Services Agent to manage arrivals and special requests at the Royal Majlis Lounge. You will greet high-profile guests, coordinate concierge services, and ensure flawless on-site experiences throughout the stay.

This role requires luxury hospitality experience, impeccable communication, and discretion. You will collaborate across Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and F&B to deliver personalized recommendations and seamless departures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in VIP services, guest relations, concierge, or a comparable hospitality role.
• Luxury hotel or resort experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Discreet when assisting VIP and high-profile guests.
• Able to coordinate multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome VIP guests with confidence, warmth, and discretion.
• Anticipate individual preferences and personalize the guest experience.
• Complete VIP check-in procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Escort arriving guests to the lounge, accommodation, or relevant resort venue.
• Provide a clear orientation covering resort facilities, services, and experiences.
• Respond to concierge enquiries and recommend dining, leisure, and entertainment options.
• Record, coordinate, and follow up on special guest requests.
• Liaise with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and other departments.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the stay.
• Maintain knowledge of resort activities, hours, and promotions.
• Prepare the Royal Majlis Lounge for daily operations.
• Maintain the lounge's presentation, organization, and cleanliness.
• Protect guest privacy and handle personal information discreetly.
• Support smooth departure arrangements and farewell experiences.
• Maintain professional communication during busy operational periods.
• Build strong guest relationships without becoming intrusive.
• Follow resort service standards, operating procedures, and safety requirements.
