Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years' experience in upscale luxury hospitality.
• Excellent spoken and written English; another language is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist VIP guests with check-in, escort, and concierge inquiries.
• Record VIP arrivals and ensure special requests are fulfilled.
• Provide personalized service from arrival to departure; knowledge of resort facilities.
• Coordinate with departments and management to meet guest needs.
• Raise guest satisfaction through courtesy calls and proactive service.
