Job summary

One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai seeks a Guest Experience Agent to welcome guests as a Lobby Ambassador and ensure a memorable stay. The role focuses on anticipating guest needs and delivering exceptional service in a luxury environment.

You will report to the Guest Experience Manager, require 1–2 years in upscale hospitality, and bring strong English communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to work flexibly in a premium resort setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in upscale luxury hospitality or five-star hotels.
• Strong attention to detail and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication in English is a must.
• An additional language is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Lobby Ambassador and welcome guests with warmth and grace.
• Ensure guest expectations are met and exceeded throughout their stay.
• Collaborate with the Rooms team under the supervision of the Guest Experience Manager.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success, and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships where you will be responsible for acting like a Lobby Ambassador by ensuring that all guests’ expectations are met, and exceeded, throughout their stay at the resort.

Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Guest Experience Manager. He/she must have at least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels. He/she must have strong attention to details, flexibility and must be able to work under pressure. Effective communication skill in English is a must. An additional language will be highly regarded.
