Job summary

Kerzner International seeks a Receptionist for One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai to deliver warm, personalized front desk service. You will manage check-ins, guest requests, and information flow with precision and care in a luxury setting.

You will use Opera PMS and Microsoft Office, coordinate with call center teams, and maintain confidentiality while supporting guests through arrival to departure. A professional, guest-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

,Diploma in Hotel Management is an advantage.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center at a resort or hotel.
Speaks English fluently.
Experience with Opera PMS, Microsoft Office, SevenRooms and Guest Messaging Hub & Alice preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Passion for customer care and ability to work in a busy environment.
Excellent interpersonal and guest management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shift patterns.

Responsibilities

Adherence to hotel/resort rules, procedures and policies as directed by Team Leader.
Attend duty on time with proper uniform and grooming.
Handle checks and assist with PMS night audit procedures as needed.
Maintain a clean, tidy reception area and filing of registration/departure cards.
Assist with guest check-in/check-out and respond to guest requests.
Navigate the resort PMS system for check-in/out efficiently.
Process cash, vouchers and currency transactions per policy.
Provide basic concierge knowledge and information on local sites and events.
