Job summary

One&Only Royal Mirage, part of Kerzner International, seeks a Guest Experience Agent for a seasonal opportunity in Dubai. You will serve as a Lobby Ambassador, ensuring guests’ needs are anticipated and exceeded, and you will coordinate with the Rooms team to deliver remarkable experiences throughout their stay.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in upscale luxury hospitality or five-star hotels, with strong attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success, and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships where you will be responsible for acting like a Lobby Ambassador by ensuring that all guests’ expectations are met, and exceeded, throughout their stay at the resort.

Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Guest Experience Manager. He/she must have at least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels. He/she must have strong attention to details, flexibility and must be able to work under pressure. Effective communication skill in English is a must. An additional language will be highly regarded.
