Job summary

Accor in Dubai seeks a proactive Front Office VIP Guest Relations Associate to ensure seamless arrivals, personalized service, and flawless guest recognition. You will coordinate VIP room allocations, amenities, and special requests, escort guests, manage check-ins/outs, handle inquiries, and collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Management to exceed guest expectations in a dynamic luxury environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Hotel Management.
• Fresher or 1 year experience in a similar 5-star hotel role.
• Excellent communication, empathy, patience, and courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily VIP arrivals with room allocation, amenities and special requests.
• Register and process check-in/out for VIP guests efficiently.
• Escort VIP guests to their rooms and update guest information.
• Handle walk-in reservations and calls when the reservations area is closed.
• Resolve guest complaints and coordinate with departments for follow-up.
• Maintain front office area cleanliness and manage messages and packages.
