• Coordinate bookings for hotel experiences and ensure guests are informed of details and changes.
• Resolve issues or complaints promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Build rapport and personalize recommendations to encourage repeat visits.
• Collaborate with hotel departments and external vendors to execute event details seamlessly.
