You will build strong relationships with VIP guests, HNWIs and influential personalities across regional and international markets, with emphasis on nightlife and premium F&B experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in lifestyle management or VIP relations in luxury hospitality or nightlife.
• Established network of VIP guests across UAE and international markets is a plus.
• Strong networking and interpersonal abilities with high-profile individuals.
• Commercial focus with ability to generate revenue and lasting relationships.
• Discretion and professional demeanor expected in dealing with high-net-worth clients.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, flexible with after-hours engagements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network of VIP guests, HNWIs and high-spending clientele.
• Attract new guests, drive visits and revenue through personal relationships.
• Develop relationships across luxury hospitality, nightlife, entertainment and lifestyle sectors.
• Manage VIP relationships from initial engagement to ongoing retention.
• Understand guest preferences and deliver personalized experiences to foster loyalty.
• Drive engagement and revenue through nightlife and premium F&B experiences.
• Coordinate VIP visits, reservations and special requests with operations.
• Maintain organized guest profile databases and track engagement.
• Identify opportunities for private celebrations, group visits and high-value bookings.
• Attend networking events to expand client base and strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
