Job summary

Aspire Lifestyles MEA FZCO in Dubai is seeking an experienced Lifestyle Concierge to deliver bespoke services for affluent clients across travel, dining, wellness and exclusive experiences. You will manage requests across phone, email, chat and digital channels with discretion and professionalism.

The role demands proactive relationship building, strong knowledge of luxury lifestyle products, and the ability to tailor recommendations.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services or related high-touch environments.
Experience serving affluent or high-net-worth clients strongly preferred.
2+ years’ call center or customer service experience.
Strong interest in global lifestyle experiences (shopping, travel, culture, etc.)
Excellent communication skills, ability to handle multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
Knowledge of luxury travel, dining, entertainment and wellness services.

Responsibilities

Independently manage high-profile client requests across multiple platforms with prompt correspondence.
Provide personalized interactions and proactive recommendations to enhance experiences.
Develop client profiles and tailor luxury experiences based on individual preferences.
Collaborate with vendors and partners to secure exclusive benefits and superior outcomes.
Maintain professionalism while adhering to Aspire Lifestyles policies and standards.
