Job summary

Beno is seeking a motivated Concierge Team Lead to supervise the hotel desk team, ensure exceptional guest service, and drive premium experiences.

You will manage daily operations, mentor staff, build strong hotel partnerships, and lead upselling across yacht charters, luxury car rentals, water sports, and desert experiences. This role requires leadership, service excellence, and a client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years in concierge or luxury hospitality.
• At least 1–2 years in supervisory role.
• Experience in a luxury hotel-based concierge or travel desk preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and motivate a team.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate concierge agents to meet sales targets and service standards.
• Oversee daily hotel concierge desk operations and staffing.
• Provide personalized guest recommendations and bookings support.
• Drive sales of Beno services (yacht charters, car rentals, tours).
• Monitor performance, track sales, and report to management.
• Build strong relationships with hotel partners and staff.
• Train new employees and develop service knowledge.
• Conduct desk inspections and resolve guest issues.
• Coordinate bookings, payments, and guest arrangements.
• Encourage upselling and cross-selling of premium experiences.
• Ensure compliance with pricing guidelines and grooming standards.
• Maintain accurate records and operational follow-ups.
