BENO - Luxury At Your Service is seeking a proactive Concierge Team Lead / Supervisor to guide an on-site concierge team at hotel desks. You will drive guest satisfaction, lead daily operations, and push sales of yacht charters, luxury car rentals, water sports and premium experiences.

The role requires 4–5 years in luxury hospitality or concierge, with 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity, and a strong client-service mindset to manage VIP guests and complex bookings.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in concierge, luxury hospitality, travel or guest relations
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Experience in luxury hotel concierge or hotel travel desks preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to drive sales and motivate a team
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate concierge agents to achieve sales targets and maintain service standards
• Manage daily operations at hotel concierge desks and ensure staffing and presentation
• Provide personalized recommendations and assist with bookings and guest inquiries
• Drive sales of Beno's services (yacht charters, luxury car rentals, experiences)
• Monitor performance and prepare regular management reports
• Build relationships with hotel partners and stakeholders
• Coach and train new staff and ensure knowledge of Beno's offerings and pricing
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing and procedures
• Oversee bookings, payments, guest requests and coordination of arrangements
• Encourage upselling and cross-selling based on guest preferences
• Maintain quality control and resolve issues promptly
