Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in premium or luxury footwear to drive sales growth, manage key relationships, lead the sales team, and deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience.

You will develop strategies, coach staff, nurture VIP clients, monitor performance, and collaborate with marketing, operations, buying, and supply chain to ensure premium presentation and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven experience selling high-end, premium, or luxury footwear is essential.
• Established network of VIP customers or premium retail partners is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of luxury retail, customer expectations, and consultative selling.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and lead high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-management, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead motivate and coach the sales team to deliver individual and store sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with VIP customers corporate clients distributors and retail partners.
• Deliver a personalised and premium customer experience throughout the sales journey.
• Monitor sales performance conversion rates average transaction value and customer retention.
• Identify market trends customer preferences and new business opportunities within the luxury footwear segment.
• Maintain strong product knowledge including materials craftsmanship sizing fitting care and brand heritage.
• Ensure effective product presentation merchandising stock availability and inventory movement.
• Coordinate with Marketing Operations Buying and Supply Chain teams on campaigns launches and seasonal collections.
• Manage customer feedback complaints exchanges and after-sales service professionally.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts performance reports and competitor analyses.
• Ensure the team maintains the company s grooming service and brand standards
