Job summary

AGAPI Technologies in Dubai seeks an HR Training Specialist (Vietnamese speaker) to design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for a diverse expatriate workforce, with emphasis on engagement, HR operations, and soft-skill development.

You will develop materials, deliver sessions both in-person and online, adapt content to various learning styles, and monitor effectiveness through feedback and data-driven insights. Relocation support understanding is valued.

Qualifications

3 years of experience as trainer or learning professional.
Experience in IT or Financial/banking sector preferred.
Strong English communication skills.
Public speaking experience.
Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
Experience developing programs for diverse audiences.
People-oriented and results-driven.
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Design and develop training programs with onboarding, engagement, and HR operations focus.
Create engaging, culturally sensitive materials for expatriate learners.
Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions with high impact and engagement.
Tailor delivery to different learning styles and international audiences.
Monitor training effectiveness using data and feedback; report findings.
