Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations role.
• English proficiency is a must.
• Proven experience managing and leading teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with database management.
• Experience with event planning.
• Strong stakeholder coordinators.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the technology company operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Office Space Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the office space, including facilities, equipment, and supplies.
• Staff Accommodation and Relocation: Manage staff accommodation arrangements, including housing, utilities, and transportation; manage relocation processes for new hires and transfers.
• Master Operations Database: Maintain and update the master operations database; develop procedures for data management and security.
• Internal Communication: Develop and implement effective internal communication strategies; manage channels and distribute newsletters and announcements.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality of services.
