Job summary

BG Global, a leading chemical solutions provider in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an experienced HR Executive to support payroll, visa and employee lifecycle management, learning and development, and training coordination.

You will ensure UAE labor law compliance, maintain HR records and reports, and collaborate with teams to streamline onboarding, offboarding, and HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 1+ year of UAE HR experience.
• Hands-on experience in payroll and visa processes.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll with accuracy and compliance.
• Handle visa documentation – new, renewal, cancellation, medical, and Emirates ID.
• Support onboarding & offboarding processes.
• Coordinate training and employee development programs.
• Maintain HR records, reports, and HRIS.
• Assist in team management and HR operations.
