Job summary

AGAPI Technologies is seeking an HRIS specialist fluent in Vietnamese to optimize HRIS processes and ensure accurate employee data across multiple locations. You will support onboarding, offboarding, and documentation while coordinating with global HR teams.

Strong Excel skills and HRIS experience are essential. The role involves handling sensitive employee data, maintaining templates, and contributing to audits and process improvements in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in HR Operations, HRIS, HR Administration, or People Operations.
• Hands-on experience with employee data management and HR lifecycle processes such as onboarding, probation, employee changes, and offboarding.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, documentation, and data accuracy requirements.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with HRIS platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a structured and process-oriented mindset.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process gaps and propose improvements.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• HR Process Optimization: Review, standardize, and continuously improve HRIS-related processes and workflows, including onboarding, probation evaluation, employee changes, offboarding, HR audits, and other employee lifecycle processes.
• Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data completeness, consistency, confidentiality, and compliance with internal requirements.
• Onboarding & Offboarding Coordination: Coordinate with HR teams, employees, and relevant stakeholders to ensure onboarding and offboarding activities are completed accurately and within established timelines.
• HR Templates & Documentation: Develop, standardize, and maintain HR templates, forms, checklists, and employee-related documents required across different locations.
• HRIS Administration: Support day-to-day HRIS operations, including data updates, workflow monitoring, document management, and system-related HR requests.
• HR Audit & Data Quality: Conduct regular reviews and audits of HR data and documentation, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and follow up with relevant stakeholders for corrective actions.
• Cross-location HR Support: Work with HR teams across different countries/locations to understand local requirements and ensure HR processes and documentation are appropriately implemented.
• Reporting & Process Tracking: Support HR reporting, maintain trackers and dashboards where required, and monitor key HR activities and deadlines.
