Job summary

AGAPI Technologies in Dubai is seeking a Performance Marketing specialist who speaks Vietnamese to develop, execute, and optimize campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and other paid channels.

You will monitor budgets, ROAS, CAC and conversion rates, analyze data for insights, and propose optimization strategies. Collaboration with Content, Creative and Product teams will help improve campaign effectiveness and user quality. We offer competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience managing paid media budgets and scaling campaigns.
• Familiarity with tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager.
• Understanding of user acquisition, funnel optimization and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies across paid channels (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
• Plan and review advertising campaigns to ensure effective budget allocation and target achievement.
• Monitor daily campaign performance, including spending, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and other key metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
• Propose and implement optimization strategies across channels, audience targeting, creatives, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with Content, Creative, and Product teams to improve campaign effectiveness and user quality.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
