Job summary

AGAPI Technologies in Dubai is seeking a dedicated HR Policy Specialist (Vietnamese speaker) to develop and benchmark HR policies across a multinational environment. You will draft, review, and communicate policies, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 2+ years in HR policy work, strong English writing skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced setting. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years drafting HR policies in a corporate setting.
• Experience in HR policy, operations, compensation, or compliance preferred.
• Experience in multinational organizations is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication and business writing skills.
• Strong research, analytical, and data interpretation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and benchmarking on HR policies across countries.
• Draft, review, and maintain HR policies and handbooks.
• Support policy communication and rollout across the organization.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Finance, Legal to resolve policy matters.
• Provide guidance on Company policies and internal regulations.
