Job summary

AGAPI Technologies in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Product Marketing professional to lead GTM strategies for gaming products, focusing on Vietnamese-speaking audiences. You will collaborate with Product Owners to enhance features, messaging, and user experience while driving growth and revenue.

You will perform market and competitor research, define product positioning, work with Performance Marketing, Social Media, SEO and Partnerships, and analyze data to maximize LTV.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in product marketing, preferably in gaming, crypto, or app-based products.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners and development teams to support marketing and growth.
• Strong analytical skills with campaign performance measurement and optimization.
• Experience with listed marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase and GA4.
• Strategic and creative mindset for fast-paced environments.
• Experience with A/B testing and LiveOps marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies to optimize gaming product performance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to craft promotional strategies and improve features and UX.
• Conduct market, competitor, and player research to shape insight-driven plans.
• Define product positioning, messaging, and GTM campaigns.
• Coordinate with Performance Marketing, Social Media, SEO and Partnerships to drive user acquisition and revenue.
• Analyze marketing and product data to optimize campaigns and maximize LTV.
• Stay updated on market trends and recommend growth strategies.
