Job summary

AGAPI, Inc. in Dubai is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for back-office and technical roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers, source candidates across channels, conduct interviews, and negotiate offers.

You will also provide market insights, report recruitment metrics, and maintain strong candidate relationships while ensuring timely hires. UAE relocation preferred and a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in Talent Acquisition with proven placements in back-office/technical roles.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, programming languages, and industry trends.
• Excellent English communication; Vietnamese is a plus.
• Skilled negotiator who maintains win-win outcomes.
• Highly organized and proactive; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: postings, candidate comms, interviews, offers.
• Source and engage candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, assess technical fit and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders; keep them engaged.
• Provide insights on market trends and recruitment metrics to senior management.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
