Qualifications

• Engineering diploma in computer science or related technical field.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus and advantageous.
• Experience in customer support and deployment is desirable.
• Strong Linux administration and networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery activities, kickoff meetings, and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage deployment schedules and mitigate risks to ensure success.
• Provide multichannel technical support (phone, email, onsite).
• Analyze issues, replicate in test platforms, and document resolutions.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth deployments.
• Create and maintain knowledge base and provide pre-sales support.
