Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
• Microsoft MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator) certification or equivalent endpoint-support credential.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical IT support, desktop administration, and end-user computing.
• Strong experience in Microsoft 365 administration, Intune, MDE, DLP, and SentinelOne security tools.
• Proficiency in OS imaging, hardware troubleshooting, and LAN/WAN connectivity.
• Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekends/public holidays.
• Legal work authorization and onsite availability in Dubai, UAE (local candidates preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support, desktop and laptop troubleshooting, hardware diagnostics, and software installations in Dubai.
• Perform OS imaging, deployment provisioning, and configuration management across enterprise endpoints.
• Administer Microsoft 365 cloud suites, Intune management, and policy distribution.
• Monitor and manage endpoint security platforms (MDE, SentinelOne) and DLP solutions.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, printers, and peripherals.
• Adhere to ITIL incident, problem, and change management processes for ticket resolution.
• Support 24x7 rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain detailed IT support documents, asset logs, and incident reports.
