Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support for end users and infrastructure.
• Ability to diagnose hardware, software, and network issues.
• Experience in on-site enterprise IT support.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiar with Windows and/or Linux, TCP/IP and Wi‑Fi.
• Experience with ITSM/helpdesk ticketing tools.
• Certifications are advantageous.
• Diploma or degree in IT/CS or equivalent.
• English fluency; GCC/UAE experience beneficial.
