Job summary

Talents of Endearment is seeking an Emirati IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations in Abu Dhabi. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, install and update systems, and support servers and cloud infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has a IT/CS degree, strong problem-solving skills, and fluency in English and Arabic. UAE national status is preferred; SAP/Oracle experience is a plus. On-site role with competitive Emirati benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Proficiency in networking, Windows, Linux, and cloud computing basics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication in English and Arabic.
UAE National (Emirati) status—Emiratisation preferred.
Experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for software, hardware, and network issues.
Install, configure, and update systems and applications.
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality.
Troubleshoot connectivity issues, diagnose IT security risks and provide solutions.
Assist in managing servers, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
Document IT issues and solutions while improving internal IT support processes.
Collaborate with teams to maintain cybersecurity protocols.
