Job summary

Al Tayer Group in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Customer Service/Vehicle Handover Coordinator to ensure smooth handover of vehicles while upholding top customer service in line with company policies.

You will coordinate with PDI, sales, logistics and service departments, prepare configuration records, and explain features and warranties to customers. The role requires bilingual Arabic and English and a degree or automotive training.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline or automotive vocational route.
• 2 Years experience in a Customer service environment.
• Good knowledge of automobile sales through formal training or work experience; bilingual in Arabic and English.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Dynamic and proactive personality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth vehicle handover and high service level.
• Liaise with PDI on vehicle readiness and schedule handover with the sales department.
• Prepare a Vehicle Configuration Record prior to delivery of the vehicle.
• Notify customers of delays or changes in requirements to ensure smooth handover.
• Ensure handover of a vehicle outside the company when required with the same service standards.
• Explain vehicle features and innovations to new car owners for an enhanced experience.
• Inform the customer about available extras, accessories and warranties.
• Introduce the customer to the service department and coordinate with logistics for deliveries.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and send a daily handover report to the line manager.
• Ensure all delivery documents are completed and recorded with sales administration.
• Work as part of a cohesive customer-focused team to maintain high service levels.
