Job summary

Al Tayer Group seeks a Customer Liaison to coordinate vehicle handovers between customers and internal departments in line with sales policies. You will liaise with the PDI team, prepare a Vehicle Configuration Record, notify customers of delays, and ensure a seamless handover experience while highlighting vehicle features and warranties.

The role requires 2 years in customer service, a degree in any discipline (automotive background preferred), and bilingual Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline or automotive vocational route.
• 2 years experience in a customer service environment.
• Good knowledge of automobile sales and customer service practices; bilingual Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate handover between customers and internal departments.
• Liaise with PDI on vehicle readiness and schedule handover appointments.
• Prepare a Vehicle Configuration Record prior to delivery.
• Notify customers of delays or changes to requirements and specifications.
• Ensure handover of a vehicle with the same high level of service.
• Explain vehicle features and available extras, warranties, and services.
• Maintain delivery records and report daily to line manager.
• Assist sales advisors with the registration process and deliveries.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth processes.
